Cocktails Anyone? Lounges awake at 5 pm at Happy Hours worldwide. Lounge culture today has given us craft cocktails and offers us throwbacks to other times and places. Their discovery occurred when alcohol became illegal in the United States. The Lounge’s Golden Age in the mid-twentieth century gave us the Rat Pack. And…today…trendy commercial districts contain a lounge, bar, or watering hole on every block.
